Reflection: During many times in my life I have had little time to make big decisions. One thing that I have learned roughly, is that the right decision is always the most beneficial decision. If your ever having trouble and thoughts of confusion when making a decision I recommend a simple strategy. Take away all the circumstances surrounding your decision and determine whats right and stick to it. You may over think it and change your might but don't,  just stick to whats right, later you will eventually see it was very beneficial

I  have 36 victory's out of 130 goals. I should write more goals and make plans to make those goals victories. I need to read my goals more than once daily to be reminded that i should be working on achieving victories.

Duties and Responsibilities : Examines heartbeat patterns on electrocardiograph monitors. Makes note of irregular rhythms and monitors changes in heartbeat. Ensures that monitors are functioning properly. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

      Reflection: When I work out my goal is going to make what ever i am doing a masterpiece.  whether its my first round hitting the bag or my last I am going to treat them equally. I will concentrate and put full effort into what i'm doing.  I will take it one round at a time and make each exercise a master piece. Medical Illustrator

Duties and Responsibilities: Create graphic representations of medical or biological subjects for use in textbooks, pamphlets, exhibits, instructional films, civil/criminal legal procedures, and teaching models. Medical illustrators are increasingly turning toward technology to help them perform their duties. They use the most up-to-date computers and graphic design software to describe and illustrate a variety of complicated medical concepts and processes. Medical illustrators can even specialize in certain anatomical areas such as the brain or heart. A major function of the medical illustrator is assist in education and research. They are often called upon to draw illustrations or produce three-dimensional models in order to assist teachers and other medical professionals with difficult biological concepts. An individual interested in this line of work should be detail oriented and also be creative enough to communicate their ideas visually.

Salary:  $62,000 - $85,000

Education:specialized training in art and the biological sciences. A bachelor's degree combining art and premedical coursed is usually preferred, followed by a master's degree in medical illustration. There are only five accredited master's degree programs in the entire country, and they only accept a limited number of students. Therefore, an excellent academic record as well as an outstanding portfolio of your artwork is necessary. 

Reflection: The medical illustrator field , is something i am very interested in but my only concern is that drawing and arts have not always been my strongest points . I will greatly improve those skills through learning and continually practicing.

Reflection: The ten Indian commandments is the definition of honest and quality character. Any being who stays true to these ten commandments is one who truly is worthy of high respect. I would be honored to be able to learn to stay true to the ten commandments because they  bring honor and respect to you, your family and your values. Reflection: I strongly believe that a promise should never be broken. I think if you always keep your promises it makes you an honest person. When ever I break a promise I feel bad because I know I did not keep my promise. Many people now do not value promises on account that so many promises have been broken.

Reflection: It is true that what you see is what you get. My freshmen year during cross country season i was hitting an average of 18:40 on my 3.1k races and getting around 16-30th place. One day i told my self the day before my meet  i told my self over and over again i was going to have a great race and place in my meet. The next day on my meet i ran a 17:46 and placed 3rd place.

Student Reflection: You should never make decisions because you are being influenced by other or just because everyone else is making the same decisions. You should make all your decisions based off one thing and that is whats right!

Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities : taking and recording temperature, blood pressure, respiration and pulse information to helping with basic day-to-day needs of patients. In addition to recording vital signs, LPNs often post reports on fluid intake and output, treatments given and unusual behavior or reactions to medications. They may help recovering patients attend to their bathroom needs and get in and out of bed, as well as assist with feeding and personal hygiene activities such as teeth brushing, hair combing, shaving, bathing and dressing.

Practical nursing duties can also include applying sterile dressings and compresses, providing suppositories and enemas, monitoring catheters and administering tube feedings. Other duties include providing pre- and post-operative care, oxygen therapy and diabetic care. Licensed practical nurses in most states may also set up and administer oral, subcutaneous and intra-muscular medications. LPNs also sometimes help to feed and care for infants, occasionally helping in their delivery. In some settings, licensed practical nurses collect samples for lab tests or even perform some routine tests.

Education Requirements : . Practical nurses must be licensed; after graduating from a state-approved practical nursing program and passing an exam, individuals gain the licensed practical nurse (LPN) designation and can perform many nursing duties. Reflection :  I  would like to be a licensed practical nurse because i would like to help patients who are sick and need help.

Reflection: What Joseph Smith is saying is that we need to popularize doing right things that are sound and good. There should be commercials on t.v showing people doing right things. There should be movies and shows on Netflix showing people doing the right things. There should also be billboards with quotes about choosing the right.

Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide

Duties and Responsibilities : Home care assistants are expected to make their patients' lives easier and more comfortable. Their duties may include transporting patients to doctor's appointments, making beds, doing laundry, preparing meals, giving patients their medications, or running errands. They may change the patient's bandages, check vital signs, or simply apply lotion to dry skin areas. Some light cleaning may also be part of the job of a home care assistant, even if only to maintain sanitary conditions in the home environment.

Patients may need help bathing themselves, and it will be up to assistants to get them into the bath or shower. Assistants may also need to help patients get to and from the toilet, and sometimes it is necessary to change a patient's adult diaper if he or she is bed-bound. It is extremely important that the patient be allowed to maintain his or her dignity during these times.

For recreation, assistants can play card games or board games with patients, because it is a way of keeping them mentally active and alert. Crossword puzzles or arts and crafts are equally helpful activities because they can absorb the patient's attention or liven up the day. Even sitting with patients in the backyard or on the front porch for a couple of hours can be beneficial. The fresh air and sunshine can do wonders for the patients' outlook and well-being.

Salary: $20,100 for personal care aides

Education: None mandatory; certificate programs available and on-the-job training is typical ( Certification is required in a few states).

Reflection: I don't think i would enjoy this job because i enjoy making other feel good and happy. I would not mind at all helping care for the elderly. I think its a really nice thing to do even if your not getting paid. I enjoy livening up other peoples days.
